GRIT | Returns & Cancellations
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order and return your hardware for any reason within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
2. How to Start a Return
1. Use the contact form or write us an Email (support@grit-mesh.com) with your order number.
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Securely pack the device. Use the original "tactical" packaging if possible to protect the antenna and the casing during transit.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: If you are returning a device because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
- Defective Items: If the device is faulty (e.g., hardware failure upon arrival), GRIT will provide a pre-paid return label.
4. Refunds
Once your return is inspected at our EU facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: A restocking fee of 15% may be applied if the device shows signs of heavy use or if the internal battery has been cycled significantly.
